REFUND POLICY

At Kakal Pickles We will try our best to pack and send the products as intact as possible. In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please send across a picture of the parcel to us on WhatsApp or Email and we will initiate another order which will reach you as soon as possible. We will discuss with the person who had booked and we will dispatch the same to said address, no full refund we will see parcel will be delivered to end users.

In the event of receiving a damaged product, please take a photograph of the same and send it us within 24 hours of the package being received, via on WhatsApp or Email with the Subject – ‘Damaged Package’. Damaged package, we will replace and deliver another parcel.

In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side, a return parcel will be sent within a day of updating of status (Return or lost) on the logistics tracking website. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once an order is submitted, it automatically goes to the packing department and we begin preparing to ship out the product. In case of cancellation, you can cancel the order from “My Account – Orders” page before the tax gets dispatched from our warehouse. Orders cannot be cancelled if the order is dispatched from the warehouse. Cancellation charges will be applied 30% of the booked amount.
